As featured at Zennie62.com here, “Captain America: The First Avenger” Theme: Hollywood in Vienna 2011, the theme for Captain America: The First Avenger is considered to be one of the best ever made for a science-fiction or super hero film.
Composed by Alan Silvestry, who was then called back to make the soundtrack for The Avengers, the idea was to bring about the feeling of fanfare and heroic celebration that comes with the Captain America movie.
By all accounts, Silvestry will be called back to make Avengers Two.
